The round body sits on a tall trumpet foot, with two scroll handles ending in pierced rosettes and a matching pierced finial, picked out in brown by hand. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePheasants stand among full peony blooms and trailing prunus, with a fine diaper border at the rim, the lid and the foot. The glaze carries a deep all-over craquelure that has taken up colour with the years and reads warm ivory rather than white.
