The Swedish Art Deco Caviar Dish

Old vintage Swedish silver plate caviar dish, complete four-piece set with original glass insert, lid and spoon, Art Deco functionalist ca 1935.

Marked NFS NS (Nysilver), made in Sweden, this set embodies Swedish functionalist design at its most resolved — clean geometry, no ornament, everything serving its purpose. A cylindrical glass insert sits within a circular silver plate tray, fitted with a domed lid and its original paddle-shaped spoon. Complete sets with the original glass insert intact are genuinely uncommon; here all four pieces are present and undamaged.

Condition: Good condition. Natural wear to underside of tray. Glass insert whole and unchipped. All four original pieces present.
