A highly decorative antique ironstone tureen by F & Sons Ltd, Burslem, England, featuring romantic pastoral scenes with grazing sheep, cows and countryside architecture framed by ornate Victorian scrollwork borders.
The warm brown transferware against the creamy ivory glaze creates a softer and more refined look than traditional black transferware, while the delicate gold accents add understated elegance.
